This page explains the information used to provide your academy membership.
Information used for membership
Enrollment requests your full name, email address, phone number, and billing address. These details will be stored in the academy’s private Supabase contact records to manage membership. Authorized academy administrators can access those records. Passwords are handled by Supabase Authentication and are not copied into the contact records.
Free AI idea demo
When you choose Generate my ideas, your short interest or skill is sent to OpenAI to generate an answer. Do not include personal or confidential information. The academy does not save your demo prompt or answer in its database. Your browser temporarily keeps your interest and result for the current tab’s visit so the free demo is used once and your ideas stay available when you return to the page. This session storage clears when that tab’s browsing session ends. To limit usage, it stores a temporary daily hash derived from the visitor network address, along with a request timestamp. Raw network addresses are not stored in the demo database. Request records are cleared on the first demo request of a new calendar month. Hosting and AI providers may retain service logs under their own policies. Generated answers can be inaccurate and do not guarantee earnings.
Learning progress
Signed-in members’ completed steps, quiz results, and lesson notes are stored with their accounts. The new planning tools store one set of saved inputs per tool in your account when you choose Save. These are accessible to authorized academy administrators. Downloaded results are saved to your own device. The guided business review does not send your idea to an AI provider; AI-generated review is not connected. A session is stored in your browser to keep you signed in. The product research tool separately labels any device-only saved research.
Membership and communication
New members receive a seven-day free trial after approving a PayPal subscription. No membership charge is collected during those seven days; billing then starts automatically at USD $25 per month until canceled. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Returning subscribers do not receive another trial. PayPal processes payments on its own checkout pages. The academy stores the subscription identifier, payment status, and paid access period; it does not receive or store your full card number. Cancel renewal from your academy account or through PayPal. Access continues through the paid period unless a payment is refunded or reversed. Membership registration does not sign you up for promotional email or text messages.
Service providers and external links
The website is hosted through Sites. Supabase provides account and database services. Resend delivers password-reset emails. PayPal provides payment processing. Research links open other websites, whose information practices apply there. The website also loads its typefaces from Google Fonts.
Analytics and your choice
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures visits, traffic sources, page views, popup interactions, signup clicks, demo use, and checkout starts on public pages. Google may receive browser and device information, network information, and analytics identifiers. We do not send enrollment fields, passwords, lesson notes, quiz answers, or demo prompts and answers to Google Analytics. Analytics is off until you allow it in Privacy choices, where you can also withdraw your choice. Preview pages and private learning pages are excluded. Reports begin when tracking is enabled; they do not recover earlier visits. Google’s Privacy Policy explains Google’s handling of information.
Advertising measurement and your choice
If you allow advertising tracking, Meta Pixel measures visits to public marketing pages and popup interactions, signup clicks, demo activity, and membership checkout actions, and helps us show relevant ads. Meta may receive the page URL, browser and device information, network address, and advertising identifiers. We do not intentionally send membership contact fields, passwords, lesson notes, quiz answers, or payment details to Meta. Automatic form matching is disabled. Advertising tracking is off until you allow it in Privacy choices. Use Privacy choices on this site to change your choice; declining does not affect membership access. Your choice is stored in this browser. Meta’s Privacy Policy explains how Meta uses information it receives.
Contact and requests
Email info@incomeaiacademy.com for membership help, refund requests, or requests to correct or delete your account information. To cancel future charges, use Cancel renewal on your account page or manage the subscription in PayPal. Records needed to resolve payments and support requests may be retained after account deletion.
